Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next business day. We ship Australia-wide via AusPost Express with tracking provided on every order.

Delivery times

Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping threshold

Orders over $120 AUD ship free. Orders under this threshold incur a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Returns & refunds

• Regular-priced, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items and opened disposables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• To start a return, contact us first — do not send items back without confirming a return address.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect; we recommend a trackable, insured service.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they've been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible atsales@vapesaussie.com — once an order has shipped it falls under our standard returns process above.
